QUICKSTART GUIDE

Welcome to the EntangleTies™ family, where love knows no bounds.

This Quick Start Guide is specifically designed for our Sun and Moon Love Bracelets. If you’re using any of our other products, please check the FAQ or contact us for additional instructions.

📲 Step 1: Download the Totwoo App

Available on both the App Store and Google Play.

✨ We currently use the trusted Totwoo App for our bracelets, but we’re thrilled to announce that a custom EntangleTies™ app will be launching soon! 🚀 This new app will elevate your experience, offering enhanced features for your Totwoo bracelets and more. Stay connected and keep an eye out for updates! 🌟

🔗 Step 2: Enable Bluetooth and Internet Connection

Make sure your device has both Bluetooth and internet connectivity turned on.

🔋 Step 3: Charge Your Bracelet

Before first use, fully charge your bracelet. This takes about 60 minutes. A red light indicates charging in progress; a green light means charging is complete.

📶 Step 4: Pair Your Bracelet with the App

Open the Totwoo app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your bracelet. Keep your Bluetooth on and your bracelet close to your phone during this process.

🌍 Step 5: Stay Connected Anywhere

Ensure your bracelet is connected to the app with internet access for seamless connectivity across any distance.

For iOS users: Please disable Airplane Mode, Low Power Mode, and Do Not Disturb, while enabling Background App Refresh.

🎨 Step 6: Customize Your Settings

Use the app to set up your unique touch notifications, add contacts, and personalize how your bracelet interacts.

💌 Step 7: Sending Love Signals

To send a “Thinking of You” signal: Tap your bracelet once until it flashes blue, then tap again to flash white.

To send a “Love You” signal: Tap to flash blue, then long-press until it vibrates.
